Jordan McTavish brings a unique, health-first perspective to home inspection, shaped by years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at a local children’s hospital. In that role, Jordan witnessed firsthand how poor air quality, mold, allergens, and inadequate ventilation can directly impact health—especially for young families. That experience sparked a passion for prevention and led to a career in home inspection, where Jordan now helps homeowners identify potential risks before they become serious problems.
As a CAHPI-certified inspector, Jordan applies a detailed, methodical approach to every inspection, with a strong focus on moisture issues, radon exposure, and factors that affect indoor air quality. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial and personal decisions a family can make, and Jordan is committed to ensuring clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
