Global Property Inspections (GPI) Continues to Serve HRM as Carson Dunlop
We are thrilled to announce that GPI’s Lawrence Englehart, a trusted leader in home inspection services in Halifax since 2008, has now joined Carson Dunlop. Lawrence is now operating as a part of the Carson Dunlop network of inspectors.
Lawrence will continue with Carson Dunlop as a skilled and dedicated inspector. With his 16 years of inspection experience and in-depth local knowledge, Lawrence will continue to take on inspections and ensure we maintain the high standards of service for which Global Property Inspections is known.
Pierre Cote is an experienced inspector of 15 years in the Property Restoration business (fire/flood), managing, estimating, project managing and doing all tasks in between! Both Lawrence and Pierre have built and renovated many homes, and they have the determination to bring the best possible customer experience to every inspection.

Lawrence Englehart, a highly respected Registered Home Inspector, brings a wealth of technical expertise to the team. As one of the first Home Inspectors in Canada to pass the NHIE, and the only ITC Certified Level III Thermographer in Atlantic Canada, Lawrence is at the forefront of the industry. His extensive experience in inspecting over 5,000 properties has honed his ability to identify potential problems and provide comprehensive reports.
