Tony Chamoun is passionate about helping homebuyers make informed decisions with confidence. With a strong background in building systems, a keen eye for detail, and a lifelong interest in construction, Tony founded his inspection business to provide clients with the knowledge they need to protect one of their largest investments.
For Tony, a home inspection is more than identifying defects—it’s about educating clients and giving them a clear understanding of a property’s condition. He takes pride in delivering thorough, honest inspections that help buyers avoid costly surprises, negotiate effectively, and move forward with peace of mind. His commitment to trust, integrity, and high standards has earned him lasting relationships with both clients and real estate professionals throughout the Ottawa area.
One of the things Tony enjoys most about his work is that no two homes are alike. Every inspection presents a new opportunity to learn, solve problems, and help clients navigate an important milestone in their lives.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Tony enjoys spending time with his daughter, family, and friends. He’s an avid sports fan—especially football—and loves boating and being outdoors whenever possible. Tony also enjoys carpentry and building projects in his spare time, combining his hands-on skills with his passion for craftsmanship.
